Why is my software not being monitored ?

There are several causes of software not being monitored:

The Agent is not installed.
See Multiple Agent Install
See Installing Agent on Manager computer

The Agent requires an update
See Updating an Agent

The desired software is not in our library.
See Request application monitoring

The desired software is not configured correctly in our library

The Process Meter account does not have the software configured to be monitored.

Known file extensions are hidden.
