One of the major reasons the License Manager Agent Plugin (LMAP) is not correctly reporting license information, is because a user is not logged into the License Manager computer.

)This is a known issue that will be addressed in version 4.0
Other areas to verify:
The Agent is connected to the Manager
The Flexera software is running
The LMAP was installed with the correct ID
The LMAP mode is correct
The LMUTIL path is correct
The path and name of the License file are correct
The latest version of the LMAP is installed
The latest version of the Agent is installed
