My manager is unable to connect to the server...

I installed the Manager and I am getting the following error message:

This error is likely caused by a configuration error of one of the following items in the ManagerSettings.xml file

The port should always be 10037

The server ID should always be 1

The Company Token and API Token can be found under the "Process Meter" settings, on the "Profile" tab in your Cetrus account:
