How do I add or upgrade a user (manager) to run reports?

Each account by default comes with 1 administrator account that has a report functionality. By Default it is 1 reports person for 1 account. Additional users who need the reports functionality will be granted that privilege by contacting support@cetrus.com although there will be an additional charge per report user.
